2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (Paid): 3–7 business days (available at checkout)

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using our website or the courier’s official tracking portal.


4. Customs & Import Taxes

  • Duties & Taxes: Some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.
  • Pre-Paid Duties Option: At checkout, you can select DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping (if available) to avoid surprise fees.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses unless Express Shipping is selected.
